Contract and Acceptance
A contract between Happy Tails Supply LTD and the customer is formed only when payment for the goods has been received and funds have cleared.
Return Policy
We strive for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase from Happy Tails Supply LTD. If you receive a faulty product, please provide photographic evidence or return the item to our office for inspection. Refunds will be issued if the item meets our return conditions and is returned within 14 days of purchase.
Faulty Products
If a product is found to be faulty due to an issue caused by Happy Tails Supply LTD during manufacturing or shipment, we will replace it at no cost to the buyer. Faults must be reported within 3 months of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement.
Incorrect Sizing
If a standard product size is incorrect due to buyer-supplied misinformation, Happy Tails Supply LTD will provide a replacement in the correct size. However, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item and the shipping fee for the replacement.
Dog Beds: Our dog beds are vacuum-packed for hygiene and shipping purposes. Please refer to the size guide carefully before placing your order. If the wrong size is ordered by mistake, we can offer a return or exchange only if the item is still in its original packaging and the vacuum seal has not been opened. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened, as the item cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition. We do not accept liability for general wear and tear. However, if a fault arises due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photographic evidence. Any loss in value of the returned goods may be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as the buyer is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Happy Tails Supply LTD is not liable for lost or damaged goods during transit.
Bespoke & Embellished Items
For bespoke or embellished items, refunds or replacements cannot be provided if incorrect measurements were supplied by the buyer. Since these items cannot be resold, we strongly advise using our website sizing guide to ensure accurate measurements.
